Answers to the most common questions. If yours isn't here, contact the organizer of your event.

Account and login

The confirmation email doesn't arrive: Wait a few minutes and check your Spam folder (or Junk, or Promotions in Gmail). The subject is RaceControl · Confirm your email. If you find it there, mark it as not spam: the next ones will reach your inbox.
At login it says "Your email is not confirmed yet": You first need to open the link in the confirmation email. If you can't find it, click Send a new confirmation email in the same box: a new one will arrive.
I forgot my password: On the login page click Forgot password, enter your email and follow the link you receive (check your spam folder too).

I can't register: Usually the Gamer ID is missing from your profile, registrations are closed or there are no places left. You'll find every case in Find a race and register.
My registration is still "pending": The organizer hasn't reviewed it yet. When they do, you get a message in your Inbox. If the race is getting close, contact the organizer.
I want to change my car number or my note: Once sent they can't be changed. If the registration is still pending, withdraw it and send it again; if it's already accepted, ask the organizer.
How do I withdraw from a race?: From My registrations, with Withdraw, while the registration is pending or on the waiting list. If it's already accepted, contact the organizer. See Following your registrations.
I don't get an email when I'm accepted: That's expected: notifications arrive in your Inbox, inside RaceControl, not by email.

Where do I find the server name and the race password?: RaceControl doesn't show them yet: the organizer shares them, usually in their group or Discord channel.
I don't see the "Add to calendar" button: It only appears if your registration is accepted and the race hasn't started yet. You'll find it on the race page, on the home page (next race) and on the championship page (all races). See My races and the calendar.
Are the times right?: Yes: dates and times are shown in the time zone of your PC.
My statistics are empty: Statistics are based on race results linked to your Gamer ID. Check in your Profile that it's linked and correct (see Link your ACC driver); they'll appear after your first race with uploaded results.

On my PC I see the phone version: It shouldn't happen: on a PC you always get the PC version. If you see it, please tell the organizer.
Can I use RaceControl as an app on my phone?: Yes, by adding it to your phone's home screen. See RaceControl on your phone.
How do I change the language?: Click the flag at the top right to switch between Italian and English. Your preferred language is set in your Profile: see Profile and settings.
