Following your registrations
Registration statuses, waiting list, withdrawing and messages.
After registering you can always check where your request stands, withdraw if you change your mind and read the messages RaceControl sends you.
Where to find your registrations
In Driver area click My registrations, at the top of the home page. The number next to it shows how many registrations you have.
What each status means
- 1 Pending approval
- Your request has arrived and the organizer hasn't decided yet. You'll get a message when they do.
- 2 Waiting list
- There are no places left and you're in the queue. If someone withdraws or is rejected, the first one on the list goes back to pending approval and the organizer can accept them.
- 3 Accepted
- You're in. On the race pages you'll find the Add to calendar button, with a reminder the day before and one hour before the race (see My races and the calendar).
- 4 Rejected
- The organizer didn't accept your request. If they left a note, you'll see it under the event name.
- 5 Withdrawn
- You withdrew.
- Cancelled
- The organizer cancelled your registration, even if it had already been accepted.
Withdrawing
- Find the registration in the list.
- Click Withdraw and confirm.
You can only withdraw by yourself while the registration is pending approval or on the waiting list. Once it's accepted the button isn't there: contact the organizer.
After withdrawing you can register again for the same event, if registrations are still open.
Messages
Every update about your registrations arrives in your Inbox: the envelope at the top right. The number on the envelope shows how many messages you haven't read yet.
You get a message when:
- your registration has been sent;
- it's accepted, rejected or cancelled, or you're put on the waiting list;
- a ForFun you're registered for is changed or cancelled;
- the results of a ForFun are available.
To remove a message from the list use Delete.
