My races and the calendar
Your next races, the full list and how to add them to your calendar with reminders.
When a registration is accepted, the races of that event show up on your home page and in your list of races. From there you can add them to your PC or phone calendar, with reminders.
Your next race on the home page
On the Driver area home page, the My upcoming rounds section shows your next four races by date (View all opens the full list). Below the cards there's the calendar button 1 for the nearest race. Further down, My ongoing and upcoming championships.
All your races
The My rounds button at the top of the home page (with the number of races) opens the full list: scheduled races as cards, past ones in a table you can filter by type and sort by date.
Click a race to open its page: date, time, track, registered drivers and, after the race, the results.
Adding races to your calendar
The button only appears if you're accepted and the race hasn't started yet. You'll find it in four places:
- race page: Add to calendar;
- ForFun page: Add to calendar;
- home page: Add next race to calendar;
- championship page: Add all races to calendar, one step for all future races.
Each race is added with two reminders: the day before and one hour before the start. In the calendar you'll also find the track and a link to the race page.
Outlook, Windows or Mac Calendar
- Click the button: the browser downloads a small calendar file (
.ics). - Open it: your calendar app offers to add the event. Confirm.
Google Calendar
- Click the button and save the file.
- On calendar.google.com open Settings โ Import & export, choose the file and the calendar, then Import.
If you use your phone's calendar, you can also add the races straight from your phone: open the same page and tap the button.
The button remembers what you did
- 1 Not added yet: click Add to calendar.
- 2 Already added: the button becomes In your calendar ยท update. Nothing else to do.
- 3 The race has changed (the organizer moved the date or time): the box turns yellow. Click Update calendar and the event is updated.
- The button remembers your choice on this PC: on another device it starts again from Add to calendar.
- Adding the same race more than once, even from different pages, doesn't create duplicates in iPhone, Mac and Outlook calendars: the event is updated. With other calendars, if you see two identical events, delete the old one.
- Times are always shown in your PC's time zone.
